Cullison Jr. of Alexander and David Andrew Cullison of Benton; three daughters, Donna Lee Cox of Deer Park, Texas, Judy Kay Cullison of Memphis, Tenn., and Johnnie Gail Klien of Amity; two brothers, Charlie Tart of Blytheville and James Edward Tart of California; four sisters, Martha Gunter of Blytheville, Mary Turpin of West Palm Beach, Fla., Brenda Darby of Fairfield Bay and Diane Akers of Blytheville
