Died March 3, 2010, Yellville, Marion County, Arkansas.
Son of George Riley Johnson & Mildred Cochran Johnson.

Mark Alan Johnson age 55 of Yellville passed away at his home on
Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Mark was born in Yankton, South Dakota on
January 25, 1955. He was the son of Mildred (Cochran) Johnson and the late
George Riley Johnson. Mark was a member of the Yellville First Baptist
Church and had served as a Residence Hall Director for the Arkansas School
for Math & Sciences. Mark was a Yellville-Summit High School Graduate of
1973 and held a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of
Arkansas.

Mark is survived by his Mother: Mildred Johnson of Yellville, Arkansas;
His brothers: Tom Johnson and his wife, Kathleen of Katy, Texas and Steve
Johnson of Yellville, Arkansas; Two Nieces: Samantha Johnson of Yellville,
Arkansas and Clare Johnson of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by
several Uncles, Aunts & Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father,
George on December 31, 1993.

Visitation will be held at the Yellville First Baptist Church on Friday
March 5, 2010 from 6-8 pm. Services will also be held at the Yellville
First Baptist Church on Saturday March 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Bro.
Rick Pyron officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Oxford, Stuart Oxford, Don Cochran,
Dan Duren, Phil Rook, and Phillip Still. Burial will be in the Nanney
Cemetery near Yellville.
