Lloyd Stanley "Stan" Jernigan, 46, of Hope, Ark., died Thursday, June 23, 2005 at a Texarkana, Ark. hospital.
Born January 19, 1959 in Cooter, he was the son of J.R. Lloyd and Maxine Jenkins Jernigan.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Dennis Jernigan.
He was a technician with Custom Air of Texarkana. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Emmet, Ark. City Council.
Mr. Jernigan leaves Cindy Huckabee Jernigan, of Hope; two sons: Chad Allen Jernigan of Hope and Justin Dennis Jernigan of Tulsa, Okla.; his parents: J.R. Lloyd and Maxine Jernigan, of Emmet; one granddaughter, Eric Michell Jernigan of Prescott, Ark.; one nephew, Kyle Jernigan; and one niece, Kayla Kuehnert.
Graveside services for Mr. Jernigan were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2005 at the Huckabee Cemetery in Spring Hill, Ark., with Rev. Johnny Jackson officiating.
