The 10 months old daughter of Floyd Lofton, five miles northwest of here, died of croup last Tuesday night and was buried at the Staggs cemetery Wednesday. The child was sick only four hours.
Note: The gravestone also includes the birth and death date of B. Floyd Lofton. It may have served as a double tombstone for him and his daughter until a double tombstone was erected for him and his wife.
