NOWATA, Okla. — Bonnie June Barnes, 59, of Nowata died Oct. 26, 1999, at Nowata Health Center. She was born June 29, 1940, in Gravette to Theron Nelson Barnes and Myrtle Leota Hopkins. She moved to Nowata 29 years ago and was formerly of Gravette, Decatur and Tulsa, Okla.
Survivors include one brother, Clifford Barnes of Gravette; two sisters, Nina Murphree of Tulsa and Barbara McGarrah of Grove, Okla.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Decatur Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Payne officiating.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
