Millard Franklin Clark, aged 72, a farmer of Norfork, died in a Calico Rock hospital on December 21. Funeral services were held Saturday at 10AM in the Galatia Methodist Church with Bro. L.C. Stone officiating. Burial was in the Galatia Cemetery with Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clark, a lifetime resident of this area, was born at Rodney on June 3, 1889. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emma Clark of the home; a son, Connie Clark of Norfork; two daughters, Mrs. Virgie Shipley and Mrs. Elsie Shipley of Mt. Home; three grandsons, Don, Gene and Lee Shipley of Mt. Home and a brother, Tom Southard of Norfork.
