Thomas Edward Teague died from injuries received in a freak accident at Dolph, Arkansas. He slipped on ice and fell under a vehicle that was rolling forward as it was being pushed.

Thomas Edward Teague, 20, of Dolph died Sunday, Dec 8, 2002, at Dolph.
Born March 21, 1982, in Henderson, KY, he was the son of Thomas William Teague and Rita Payne Teague. He had worked for Stone County Ironworks and was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Cleveland Teague; his parents, of Pineville; a brother, James William Teague of Pineville; and two sisters, Sheresa Angelas of Batesville and Cecilia Teague of Pineville.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
The funeral will be at 10AM Wednesday at Calico Rock Funeral Chapel with Paul DuBose officiating. Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery with arrangements by Eddie's Family Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Pallbearers will be Matt Teague, Josh Teague, Martin Teague, Terry Brown, Dennis Majors and Justin Sherrell.
Honorary pallbearers are James Teague and Grant Bray.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight.

A 20-year-old Dolph man was killed at 8AM Sunday when he became trapped beneath his vehicle.
Thomas Teague was found dead under his white Toyota truck.
Izard County Sheriff's Deputy Larry Thomas was dispatched to Dolph where they had a first responder call of a man trapped underneath a vehicle, according to County Sheriff, Joe Martz.
Arriving at the scene, Thomas obvserved the body of a man on the ground in front of his vehicle.
First responder Troy Sexton of Pineville fire Department stated Teague had been trapped underneath the vehicle, Martz stated.
According to Mindy Franks, the victim's mother-in-law, Thomas and Sarah Tegue were attempting to roll start their truck. Sarah Teague was the driver of the truck and she placed the vehicle in neutral so Thomas Teague could push and start the vehicle rolling. Their plan was for Thomas Teague to trade places with her so he could be behind the steering wheel.
As Thomas walked in front of the truck, he slipped on the ice and fell, Martz stated. The truck began rolling forward and ran over him, pinning him underneath the truck.
Izard County Coroner Eddie Howard was called to the scene.
