Located atop Hall Mounatin near the old Bearden School, Ott Cemetery is on the road from Rea Valley to Ware's Chapel. Lays on the former Sherman B. Ott farm. Eestablished around 1900 but may have been earlier burials with no markers. It is a well kept cemetery and still in use today.
