Fred Allenbaugh, 84 of Conway, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2004 at Conway Regional Medical Center.
He was born August 21, 1919 in Chandler, OK to the late Samuel F. Allenbaugh and Edith (Hurst) Allenbaugh. He was also preceded in death by a son, Fred Allenbaugh III, and a sister, Marye Jessup.
He was a computer supervisor for the Memphis city schools and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Conway. He was a WWII Army veteran and retired from the Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle B. Allenbaugh of Conway; a daughter, Nancy Puddephatt and husband, Bill of Little Rock; two grandchildren, Will Puddephatt and Caroline Puddephatt, both of Little Rock; and three sisters, Golda Bond of Abilene, KS, Miriam Stewart of Atlanta, GA, and Betty O'Hara of Wichita, KS.
A graveside memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway with Dr. Kennedy Upham officiating.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
