Funeral services for Harry Joseph McKernan, 75, who died at his home in Norfork Tuesday of last week as a result of a heart attack, were held Sunday afternoon at the home, with the Rev. Ford officiating. Burial was in the Norfork Cemetery, with the Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McKernan was born November 9, 1878, at Hornell, New York. He moved here seven years ago from Kansas City after he retired from the Missouri Pacific Railroad as a yardmaster.
Survivors include his wife; two step sons, Paul Todd of Huntington Park, CA and Harry Todd of Lometa, CA; a sister, Mrs. Etta Lemon of Evanston, IL.
