WEST FORK — James L. Quinton, 79, of West Fork died March 17, 2000, at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville.

He was born July 2, 1920, in Fayetteville to Henry and Minda Quinton. He was a retired construction worker, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the West Fork Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred Quinton.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at West Fork Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Stockburger officiating. Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the family greeting friends from 2 to 3 p.m.
