Carol Lyn Lambert, 78, of Benton, died January 29, 2010 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born in Sutton, Arkansas on May 6, 1931 to the late John William Lambert and Mary Lou Bright Lambert. He was a saddle maker and a truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Bob Lambert.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Anderson Lambert of Benton; two sons, Richard Lambert (Carol) of Benton and Phillip Lambert (Maria) of Alexander; daughter, Beth (Larry) Jameson of Sherwood; eight grandchildren, Chad Jameson of Maumelle, Sean Jameson of North Little Rock, Shane Lambert, Blaine Lambert, Caleb Lambert, Candice Lambert, Justin Stephens, and J.T. Young, all of Benton; eight great-grandchildren, Blake Jameson, Ashli Humphries, Mason Lambert, Megan Lambert, Madi Lambert, Caden Lambert, Kinsley Lambert, and Haley Young; one sister, Shirley Lambert of Mesquite, Texas, and brother-in-law, David Anderson (Carolyn) of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Dr. Rick Grant officiating. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday at DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott, Arkansas with Bro. Jerry Westmoreland officiating.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 8:00 P.M. Monday, February 1, 2010 at the funeral home.

In addition to accepting flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the donor's choice.
