Sgt. Robert Burbank, age 72 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Little Rock. He was born October 31, 1942 in Livingston, Texas, to John Robert and Mary Heffin Burbank. Sgt. Burbank served faithfully in the United States Marine Corps. He was also a self-employed carpenter. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Burbank, one brother, David Bringle, one sister, Doris Jean Rogers. Survivors include: his wife, Anita Burbank of Prescott, Arkansas, one son, Kerry Burbank (Nychole Donnell) of Prescott, Arkansas, six daughters; Cynthia Sanders and her husband, Tommy, of Henderson, Texas, Tonya Burbank (Danny Norris), of Mt. Vernon, Texas, Teresa Miller and her husband, Jay, of Mt. Vernon, Texas, Jamie Reynolds and her husband, Neil, of Aubrey, Texas, Jessica Hurt and her husband, Carl, of Prescott, Arkansas, Chrystal Dozier and her husband, Eric, of Prescott, Arkansas, 21 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, two brothers; John and Roy Jones of Livingston, Texas, two sisters; Myrtle Miller of Woodsville, Texas, Bessie Jones of Jonesville, Louisiana, and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, August 14, 2015 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home. Funeral service is 2:00pm, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Brazzel/Cornish Chapel in Prescott with Bro. Donnie Dillard officiating. Burial is to follow at De Ann Cemetery. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott, Eddie Brazzel, Director.
