Carl Edward Willis 63 of Fort Smith, Arkansas died August 23, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He was born on January 2, 1952 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Samuel Willis Sr. and Laura Robinson.

He served in the armed forces and later was disabled; He received a master’s degree at Missouri State University.

He is survived by his mother Laura M. Domineck of Colorado Springs, CO , two daughters Sara Willis, Sarika Willis of Spiro, Oklahoma , four sons Kyle Williams, Samari Willis, Salih Willis and Cameron Williams of Fort Smith, Arkansas, He had six sisters Maragret Canty of Michigan, Joyce Willis, Bonnie Willis–Jones, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Pat Slaughter, and Theresa Holloway of Denver Colorado, Vanessa Williams of North Carolina, eight brothers Samuel Willis Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Raymond Willis, Roosevelt Domineck of Colorado Springs, CO Larry Domineck, Alan Domineck and Michael Domineck of Denver, Colorado. He had four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Willis Sr. and step mother Willie “Sue” Willis, paternal grandparents Anderson and Beaulah Willis, maternal grandparents Bufaord and Ruth Robinson.
Also cherishing his memory are host of Aunts, nieces, nephews, cousin’s family and friends.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at New Covenant International Christian Center 4400 North N Street Fort Smith, Arkansas. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 28 at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Washington Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Arrangements under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
