Percy Anderson Vann, Jr., 63, of Fort Smith, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2019, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Survivors: daughter, Ebony Vann; sisters, Sundra Vann and Barbara Grayson.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Smith. Burial Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
