Darryl Burnett "Peanut" Tyson, 49, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, April 4, 2012, in a local hospital.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Washington Cemetery under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Velda Tyson and Gerald Hogue of Fort Smith; father and stepmother, Nathenal and Dorothy Tyson of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Dawn Thompson and Nathalie Tyson, both of Fort Smith; three brothers, Kevin Shepherd Sr. of Oklahoma City and David Tyson and Jaizavious Embry-Tyson, both of Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Cravens, Terry Miller, Cedric Owens, Isaac Poole Sr., Cedric Marable, Rustin Byrd Jr. and Albert Smith III.
