She was 49 year old and is survived by her husband, Oluwole; a daughter, Shanta Perkins of Fort Smith; two sons, Andre Perkins of Fort Smith and Wole Forster of the home; 4 sisters, Tracy Bailey, Janice Straham, Jennie Poole and Thelma Shepherd-Thompson, all of Fort Smith; 3 brothers, Pastor Steve and Mark Shepherd, both of Fort Smith, and Omar Shepherd Jr. of Birmingham, Ala; and three grandchildren.
