Wife of James Barnes
Lillian Elnora Barnes, 95, of Fort Smith died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, in a local hospital.
She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church and the Women's Missionary Society.
Funeral was at First Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Washington Cemetery under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith.
She is survived by four daughters, Senobia Smith of Tulsa and LaRue Rogers, Marion Aytch and Sharon Diaz, all of Fort Smith; a son, Guy Barnes of Fort Smith; 40 grandchildren; 90 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Guy Barnes, Terry Moss, Terry Miller, Newt Mitchell, Sam Harris and William Hayes.
