Lillie Mae Garland, age 85, of Hope, passed away March 1, 2013. She was born May 3, 1927.
Mrs. Garland is survived by her children, Alvin Ray (Ethel) Garland and Ala Mae (Cecil) Flenory of Hope; Don Garland of Oakland, CA, William and Terry Garland of Nashville; Linda Hill of Allen, TX; two sisters, Jearldine Lofton (Roy) of Shubuta, MS and Katie Mae Anderson (Joe) of Blytheville, AR; one sister-in-law, Izolia Haney of Hope; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends
Visitation will be held 11am-5pm, family hour 5-7pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Services 11am Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Rising Star Baptist Church in Hope. Burial will be at Scott's Memorial Gardens in Perrytown.
