July 13, 1913 - November 25, 1969
Clifton Marable, 56, 115 Hammond St., died Tuesday in a local hospital. Born in El Dorado, July 13, 1913, he was the son of John B. and Willie Mae Pickett Marable. He was a member of Saint Vestal CME Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ivera Marable, El Dorado; a daughter, Miss Terri Marable, El Dorado; and a brother, John B. Marable, Jr., Chicago, Ill. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Saint Vestal CME Church with the Rev. Lynell Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Lott Burgy Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
