Ricky Wayne Shelby, Jr., 6, of Greenwood died Thursdy in a Fort Smith hospital, the result of a drowning incident, He was a first-grade student at Greenwood Elementary School.
Funeral will be 2 P.M. Saturday in the Cavanaugh Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Putman Funeral Home.
He is survived by his parents, Ricky and Maria of Greenwood; a sister, Heather Nicole of the home, two brothers, Greg and David, both of the home, paternal grandmother, Cleo Shelby of Fort Smith, maternal grandmother, Lorraine Bates of Fort Smith, maternal great-grandmother Irene Monroe of Tulsa, and his paternal great-grandfathers, Ralph Barton and Clarence Shelby of Fort Smith.
