Husband of Sherry Darlene Naples
Charles Naples, Sr., 77, of Rogers, Arkansas was called home by his Heavenly Father on November 21, 2021 in Bentonville, AR.
Charles was born June 27, 1944 in Buffalo, New York to the late Charles and Ann Carlo.
He spent 16 years as a Gideon, 7 years as a juvenile detention center minister, 11 years in the prison ministry, smuggled bibles into Communist China, was an evangelist in the slums of Brazil and 383 professing of faith. Charles was a member of Oakley Methodist Church in Rogers, AR.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sherry, son Anthony Naples and grandson Jared Charles Naples.
He is survived by his children, Lori A. Burch of Ft Smith, Jackie Crowne of Byhalia, MS and Charles Naples, Jr. of Chanute, KS., brother Richard Camizzi of New York, grandchildren Easton, Ian, Colton, Garrett, Erick, Neenah and Sherry along with great grandchildren Vayda, Mara, Ella, Finn, Noah, Abigail and Charlie.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, November 26, 2021 at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith with Pastor Shane Pair officiating. Pallbearers will be his grandsons. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy in Fort Smith.
