Albert Harris Breckinridge, 81, of Route Two, Strong, a retired school teacher and farmer, died in a local hospital Tuesday at 6 a.m. after a long illness. Mr. Breckinridge was born in Clay County July 23, 1883, the son of Frank and Mary Goodwin Breckinridge. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Minnie Stegall Breckinridge; two sons, Albert H. Breckinridge and Charles T. Breckinridge, both of St. Louis; a sister, Mrs. Belle Pirtle of Peach Orchard, ark., and six grandchildren. Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rumph Chapel with burial at the New London Cemetery with Rev. Floyd Whatley officiating. Nephews of Mr. Breckinridge were pallbearers.
