Parents were Harmon Doyle Frazier and Mary Ruth Gault Frazier. He was a truck driver for Hickory Springs Manufacturing Co, a member of Grand Ave. Baptist Church, a 1967 graduate of Southside High School and an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Frazier.
He is survived by his fiancee, Jeannie Thurman of Little Rock; a daughter, Crystal Cullen and her husband, Chad of Greenwood; a son, Toby Frazier and his wife, Ashley of Ft. Smith; his parents, Doyle and Mary Frazier of Ft. Smith; 2 grandchildren, Hailey and Brayden Cullen of Greenwood; a nephew, Chad Frazier and his wife, Theresa of Ft. Smith; and 2 great nephews, Max and Jett Frazier of Ft. Smith.
