J.C. Calvert, 81, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in a local hospital.
He was born on February 1, 1937 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Dale and Katherine Calvert.
He was the owner and operator of C & J Forms and Labels. J.C. was a member of First United Methodist Church of Fort Smith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Calvert and a brother, Bill Calvert.
Funeral service is 10AM, Monday, January 21, 2019 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Kitty Calvert of Fort Smith, AR; a son, Dale Calvert and his wife Amanda of Muldrow, OK; three grandchildren, James and Tyler Calvert both of Barling, AR and Kade Scott of Muldrow, OK; a nephew, Bob Calvert of Greenwood, AR and a niece, Lynn Calvert of Greenwood, AR.
