Vaughn Michael Faulk, 70, of Rogers, died July 27 at his home.
He worked for Wal-Mart and Rogers Townhouse in maintenance.
A graveside service is set for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 at Liberty Cemetery in Garfield. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. No visitation.
