September 6, 1934 - June 23, 2014
Robert Max Manasco, 79, of Hot Springs, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Monday, June 23, 2014. He was born September 6, 1934 in Gurdon, Arkansas to the late George W and Nellie Dee Wingfield Manasco. Robert graduated from Central High in Little Rock, Arkansas. He served in the Navy for four years. Robert and his father were owners of the Tower Drive Inn of El Dorado, Arkansas and the Randolph Grill. He was an Iron Worker and worked his way up to construction Supervisor before retiring in May, 1992. Robert was a fifty-four year member of El Dorado Lodge #13. He was a Shriner and a member of Eastern Star, York Rite and Scottish Rite. Robert was also Senior Advisor of the Cowboy Church of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Janet Cozart Manasco. Robert is survived by his wife of thirty-two years, Linda Welch Manasco of Hot Springs; son Nicholas Manasco of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughters Bambi Boudra (Howard) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Scarlett Yeakey (Billy) of Cypress, Texas; two step-sons Brad Davis (Connie) of Hernando, Mississippi and Les Davis (Jessica) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; sister Wanda Manasco Hogue/Webb (Howard) of Alvin, Texas; grandchildren Tiffany Powell (Thom), Shawn Manasco, Jeremy Yeakey, Cody Manasco, Melissa Carnel (Chris), Angela Holmes and Stephanie Holland (Bill); thirteen great-grandchildren and niece and nephew Doug Hogue and Lori Faris. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Pastor Harvey Perdue officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 Thursday at Rest Haven Cemetery, El Dorado, Arkansas. Pallbearers include Jeremy, Jacob, Thom, Chris, Shawn, and Howard.
