Orbra Dean Young
BELLA VISTA -- Orbra Dean Young, 66, of Bella Vista died Nov. 29, 2002, at his home. He was born in Fitzhugh, Okla., to Orbra and Lucille Young.

He graduated in 1957 with a bachelor of science degree from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, he served in the U.S. Army for four years. He spent one year on post-graduate education. In 1962, he accepted a job with Rexall Drug in Odessa, Texas, which later turned into a petro-chemical complex. He retired after 36 years in 1998. He enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of the Bella Vista Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Ann (Varnell) Young, to whom he was married March 25, 1966; one son, Gary Young of Greenville, Texas; two daughters, Deana Gregory of Bentonville and Glenda Crawford of Odess, Texas; two step-sons, David Womack and Richard Womack, both of Odessa; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray Young of Odessa; two sisters, Wanda Clifton of Norman, Okla., and Helen Crawford of Roff, Okla.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Bella Vista Christian Church at 103 Riordan Road in Bella Vista with Richard Hogan officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Bella Vista Funeral Home.

Burial will be at the Fayetteville National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Hospice, 1001 W. Walnut St., Rogers, AR, 72756.
