Adrian L. Huff, 79, of Conway, AR, passed away August 2, 2017. He was born August 1, 1938 in Anderson, IN, to the late Clarence Adrian and Grace Iva (King) Huff. Adrian was also preceded in death by his son, Benjamin Warren Huff, and his brothers, James Warren, Edward Leon, Ronald Lee, Wayne Arlin, and Wendell Sheryll Huff.

Adrian served his country from 1956-1959 in the 82nd U.S. Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. He was a paratrooper and rigger. Adrian started Indiana University in 1963 in Bloomington, IN. This is where he met the love of his life, Shelbie. They were married in June of 1964. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, he worked for FMC Corporation as personnel manager in Tipton, IN for 3 years till he was transferred to Conway, AR where he worked for 8 more years. After this he worked for the State of Arkansas in personnel management with Arkansas Parks and Tourism where he retired from in 2005. After retiring, Adrian enjoyed his life with wife, family, and friends. He served for many organizations, such as American Red Cross, United Way of Faulkner County, and volunteered his time at Conway Human Development Center. He was an active member of United Methodist Church in Conway from 1972 to 1980. He became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1980, in which he devotedly served for the remainder of his life.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving family, his wife of 53 years, Shelbie Conn (Stout) Huff, daughter, Analiesa Stout (Huff) Brimley and husband, Mark Anthony Brimley; grandchildren, Lisabeth Amanda (Brimley) Ormsby and husband, Mitchell Ormsby; McLane Anthony Brimley, and Ellecyn Faith Brimley; sister, Shirley Ann Pieper, and a host of family and friends.
