Jimmy Dale Passmore, 74 of Hoxie passed away on January 30, 2023, in Jonesboro at the St.
Jimmy Dale Passmore, 74 of Hoxie passed away on January 30, 2023, in Jonesboro at the St. Bernard’s Medical Center.
He was born September 17, 1948 in Jonesboro to the late Lester and Floy Sowell Passmore. Jimmy was united in marriage to his wife Debra Simpson on October 10, 2010. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a skilled blacksmith making custom knives. He was also a member of the People’s Faith Tabernacle in Hoxie.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a daughter, Priscilla Passmore; a brother, Lester Passmore; and two sisters, Marty Mea Allen and Madge Kelly.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Passmore of the home; two sons, Darrell (Christina) Passmore of Pocahontas, and Shannon (Casey) Passmore of Annieville; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Edna Holder of Bono; two brothers, Joe and Jake Passmore both of Jonesboro; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside Service will be Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Lawrence Memorial Park with Bro. Roger Brand officiating. Pallbearers will be Cody Passmore, Logan Bryant, Camron Passmore, Gage Passmore, Jacob Defries, and Hayden Defries.
