Kevin Sandifer, 68, passed away July 27, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, AR. Mr. Sandifer was a member of Grace Baptist Church. He served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Kevin worked for International Paper Company and later traveled throughout the United States and Iraq as a mechanical engineer at several power plants until his illness in 2012.
Mr. Sandifer was preceded in death by his parents, James and Claudia Sandifer and a brother, Mike Sandifer. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kay Sandifer of Camden, AR; a daughter, Jennifer Townsend (Rusty) of Texarkana, AR; two sons, Adam Sandifer (Jemimah) of Camden, AR and Matt Sandifer (Kim) of Mena, AR; two granddaughters, Kelsey Hughes (Lane) and Reese Townsend; four grandsons, Jackson Teater, Jackson Sandifer, Jake Sandifer and Trent Sandifer; a brother, Paul Sandifer (Kathy) and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Grace Baptist Church with Dr. Richard Foster officiating.
