Larson Wiley Daniel, 69, of Camden, AR, departed this life Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital with family by his side. He was born to the late Wiley and Phyllis Daniel on January 5, 1947 in Camden, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Brandon Shayne Floyd. He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Dawn Daniel of Camden, Arkansas, and his daughters, DeeDee Floyd Moline (Chris) and children, Christopher, Kinsey, Johnathan, Joshua, and Matthew; Deidre Carlin (Chris) and children, Briley, Hadley, and Trace; Heather Floyd Oliveira (Guilherme) and children, Leonardo and Benjamin; Tara Daniel DeVaux (Oscar) and children, AdaBelle, Oscar and Sariah; the children of Brandon Floyd, Shawn, Harlee, Brandon, Jr, and Garrett; and his sister, Loreen Cummings of Camden, Arkansas.

Larson was a loyal husband and father who loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid deer hunter at the "It Can Be Done" deer camp for over 50 years. He enjoyed nature, working in his garden, and playing card games. He was a talented and creative welder.

Larson was a founding member of the Camden Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has a strong testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ. He served in various capacities, such as Branch President, Scout Leader, Teacher, etc.

Larson worked several years at Raytheon retiring in 2012. He was a committed and dependable employee.

He was “proud to be an American” and served his country in the United States Air Force during the Viet Nam war.

Larson's family wishes to express appreciation to the Saline Memorial Hospital staff in Benton, AR, and the Arkansas Heart Hospital staff in Little Rock, AR for the care given to their Husband/Father/G-Dad. He will be deeply missed. His family is sad, yet comforted knowing they will see him again.

The graveside service will be Saturday, May 14, 2016, 1:00 P.M. at the Bethesda Cumberland Presbyterian church cemetery. Pall Bearers will be Chris Moline, Chris Carlin, Guilherme Oliveira, Oscar DeVaux VII, Christopher Moline, Johnathan Moline, Joshua Moline. Pallbearer Escorts will be Matthew Moline, Trace Carlin, Oscar DeVaux VIII, Leonardo Oliveira, and Benjamin Oliveira.
