Audie Lee Childers, 65 of Centerton passed away, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in Rogers. He was born June 5, 1949 in Alameda, California to James and Gloria Travis Childers.

He served honorably in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He loved to go fishing. He enjoyed camping. He liked playing pool and darts. He took joy in playing the guitar.

He was preceded in death by his brother, George Childers, two granddaughters, Atleigh Jenkins and Ava Jenkins and one brother in law, Ron Bagley.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Childers of the home; one son, Gabe Childers of Centerton; two daughters, Jesimy Jenkins and husband Eric of Bentonville and Amanda Childers of Oroville, Washington; one brother, James Childers of Marysville, California; one sister, Ginger Bagley of Marysville, California; four grandchildren, Caden Childers, Keeghan and Sutter Jenkins, Ayana Clough.

A memorial service will be Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.

No visitation is planned.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
