Cody Sanders, 18 of Barling, Arkansas died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 in his home.
He worked at CV'S Grocery Store in Van Buren as a grocery Stocker. He attended Van Buren High School. He loved his family dearly, he loved music, he loved to dance and go to the beach.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Neado Poole and Tommy Payne.
He is survived by one son Jack Matthew of Van Buren; his mother, Teresa Sanders of Barling, his father, Steven Sanders of Fort Smith; one brother, Shane Sanders of Barling; Maternal Grandparents, Sherry Poole of Barling and Ronnie Cunningham of Sugar Loaf, Arkansas, Maternal Great Grandparents, Joyce Dorsey of Fort Smith and Linda Poole of Van Buren; Paternal Grandparents, Sheila Vandzant of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; one niece, Brylee Sanders of Barling; one aunt, Jamie Lopez of Barling; one uncle, Joey Sanders of Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
Funeral service was held Friday March 25th 2011 at 2:00pm at Ocker Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Alma.
Pallbearers will be Shane Sanders, Trenton Black, Kelley Gallegos, Andy Dacus, Tyler Rice, Joey Sanders
