*Obituary
Norman L. Melton, 57, of Springdale died June 3, 1997. He was a member of Phillips Chapel FWB Church and was an area manager for Arkhola Sand and Gravel for 35 years.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Winborn Melton of Springdale; one son and daughter-in-law, Kerry Melton and Tamra of Springdale; one brother Harold Melton of Ft. Smith.
Services were at Phillips Chapel FWB Church. Burial in the Evergreen Cemetery at Alma. Pallbearers were Daniel Lewis, Randy Glenn, Doug Glenn, Brian Bowerman, Jeff Snow and Josh Willoughby.
