Wilma Frances Lovelady, 83, of Dover, AR, died Saturday, March 10, 2012 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.

The daughter of George and Jewell Dorothy Newton Lovelady, she was born September 18, 1928 in Bull Frog Valley, north of Dover, AR.

She was a graduate of Dover High School and attended Arkansas Polytechnic College in Russellville. She was the City Clerk of Dover for over 20+ yrs. She was a (lifetime) member of the Dover United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Paul Lovelady; a sister, JoAnn Lovelady Kilburn; brother-in-law, Cldye Kilburn; niece, Sandy Lovelady; nephews, Randy Lovelady and Samuel Kilburn.

She is survived by her Brother, George W. Lovelady and wife, Eunice, Dover; a niece and 2 nephews, Marsha Hinson & husband Lee, Little Rock, Dan Lovelady & wife Marsha, Little Rock, Marcus Kilburn, Little Rock; everal great nieces and nephews, Alex Hinson, Katherine Hinson, Paul Lovelady and Taylor Lovelady, Brooke Bale & husband Hunter, Tanner Kilburn; great great-nephew, Evans Bale.

Funeral will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Dover United Methodist Church. Rev. Roy Beth Kelly will officiate. Burial will be at McFadden Cemetery in Dover, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
