Thomas Gibbs Biery, 61, of Searcy, passed from this life Thursday, March 14, 2013. He was born July 14, 1951 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Bert Thomas and Chrystine Gibbs Biery.
Mr. Biery was a member of West Point Church of Christ, veteran of the U.S. Marines, an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. The majority of his career was spent as an over the road truck driver, but for the last three years, he drove a school bus for Searcy school district. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Joyce Ann Roberson Biery; one son, Daniel Biery of Clinton, Arkansas; two daughters, Leeia Osborn and husband Brian of Higginson, and Wendy Wilson and husband David of Bald Knob; seven grandchildren, Zachary Osborn, Christina Wilson, Meagan Osborn, Laura Swan, Layne Wilson, Allison Swan and Emma Swan; his step-mother, Georgia Biery; and two sisters, Pamela Hummel and husband Greg, and Linda Biery.
