Sedonia Boyd, 64, of Alma died Sunday, June 12, 2011, in a local hospital.
She was born Nov. 25, 1946, in New Orleans.
She was a seamstress and a member of River Fellowship in Alma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Jaminson and Beatrice Boyd; a daughter, Elizabeth Boyd and grandson, Jacob Boyd.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Mount McCurry Cemetery in Rudy under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Jackson of Alma, AR
Tina Boyd of Houston, TX.
Stepmother, Rose Jaminson of New Orleans; a stepsister, Veronica Walker of New Orleans; a brother, Clarence Boyd of New Orleans 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Melvin and Ernest Boyd, John Jackson, Bo Franklin, Shane McCormick and Nick Hansen.
