Ruby Fay Glenn, 68, of Jacksonville, passed away May 18, 2018 in Jacksonville. She was born October 6, 1949 in Panama. Ruby graduated from Panama College and spoke two languages. In 1973, in Alaska, she passed her United States citizenship test. After a twenty-six year career at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ruby retired from her supervisory position with Army and Air Force Exchange Services. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, they were her world. Ruby enjoyed watching all sports, but especially golf.
Survivors include her husband, Charles; three sons, Carlos Glenn, Michael (Candy) Glenn and Steven (Jillian) Glenn all of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren, Cierra, Michael Jr., Kobey, Keyshawn, Steve Jr., Mackenzie and Simone.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Brown officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at the funeral home. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
