Edwin Chance Crider, age 32, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016. He was born on June 7, 1983 in Texarkana, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Lewisville, Texas.
He is survived by his mother, Yulanda Shelton; father, Dwight Crider; step-father, Matt Shelton; sisters Whitney Crider and Dee Hudson; brother, Jordan Shelton; nieces, Addison Piper and Peyton Hudson; nephews, Jackson Piper and Preston McCarty; as well as paternal grandmother, Lois Crider; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chance’s many friends were his family too and he loved them with all his heart.
Chance graduated from Marcus High School in 2002 where he participated on the cross country team. He enjoyed being with his family and friends and watching the Dallas Cowboys WIN! He also had a love for “techno music”. Chance was a kind person with a warm smile. He had a quick wit and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
