Bobby R. Justice, 79 ,went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 17, 2012.

He was in Crawford Health & Rehabilitation for a short time. He was a retired postal carrier in Reno, Nev., for 26 years, a retired sawmill worker, a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, a 1950 graduate of Cedarville High School and an avid bluegrass fan for many years. He was a longtime member of Cedarville First Baptist Church and loved his Sunday school class and all the church family.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife, Frances (Baggett) Justice of the home; a son, Dr. Timothy Justice and wife Doreen of Boulder, Colo.; two stepsons, Joseph and Anthony Mistretta; and a sister, Marie Ott and husband Bill of Redding, Calif. He was blessed with his in-laws, Frances' family, who loved him like a brother, Lief Baggett and Kathy, Gailia McMaster, Lela and Larry Brunk, Laverne and Jimmy Atwell, Bill and Paula Baggett, David and Sherry Baggett and Bruce Baggett.

Pallbearers will be Don Murphy, J.A. Rainwater, Cecil Freeman, Bill Vickery, Kurt Shaw and Nick Turner.
