Orville Earle Garrett Jr., 64, of Fort Smith passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, in his home. He was a shipping supervisor for Temple Inland in Fort Smith. He was a member of the Army National Guard and an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Earle Garrett Sr., and one sister, Cathryn Rich.
Arrangement and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. No formal service will be held at this time.
