Funeral services for Melvin Parham, aged 64 will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Baptist Church, Rt. 3, Camden, where he was a member. He died Friday, Jan. 12. Rev. E. A. Porchia will be in charge. He is survived by a son, William Allen Parham of Stockton, Calif.; one brother, Jimmy Parham, Camden; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Juniel of Eloy, Ariz.; Mrs. Ruthie Lee Hubbard, Little Rock; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Burial will be in White Spring Cemetery. (Camden News - January 17, 1968)
