February 16, 1940 - January 24, 2016
Gary Asher, 78, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home.
He was born February 16, 1940 in Sapulpa, OK to the late Wyley and Hazel Asher.
He was a retired mould maker, and a member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda of the home; a daughter, Kimberly Altman and husband Lee of Van Buren; a son, Mark Asher of Van Buren; and three grandchildren, Shaylee Altman, Asher Altman, and Andrew Altman.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Newberry Cemetery in Alma, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Johns, Ricky Dickens, Dennis Odom, Lewis Snead, and Eugene Morse.
