Jeremy Shane Bentley, 34, of Mountainburg, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015.
He was born November 3, 1980 in Fort Smith.
He grew up in Van Buren and Mountainburg, and attended Mountainburg High School.
He is survived by a son, Madden Bentley of Winslow; his parents, Karen and Bobby Bentley of Mountainburg; a sister, Shawnda Bentley of Fort Smith; and two brothers, Jake Bentley of Mountainburg, and Travis Anderson of Fort Smith.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Vaught Cemetery in Mountainburg, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Atwell, Jeremy Woods, T.J. McKenzie, Scott Gould, Shane Lamb, and Kelly Rogers.
