May 11, 1938 - June 26, 2019
Walter Ellis Smith, 81, of Bryant, Arkansas went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. He was born to Charles and Pearl Smith on Wednesday, May 11, 1938 in Fordyce, Arkansas. He loved to play pool and spend time with his family. He retired from St. Vincent after 33 years. He attended the Iron Horse Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Hoy Smith and Joe Smith; two sisters, Imogene Craig and Jimmie Nail Marks.
Remaining to share memories are his loving wife of 21 years, Deborah Smith; two daughters, Sandra and Cindy Smith; son, Paul Smith; stepson, Jeremy Norman (Holly); along with a host of grandchildren; special nephews, Glyn Dillon (Heather) and Nathan Bryant (Danielle); friends and other family who love and miss him dearly.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Chambersville(Fordyce), Arkansas.
