WINSLOW — David Noland Moncrief, 74, of Winslow, Ark., died Sunday, April 11, 2021. He was born in Olathe, Kan., to William Arthur and Mary Etta Morgan Moncrief. David was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 56 years, Linda Moncrief. Graveside service will be Saturday, April 17, at 11 a.m. at Brentwood Cemetery.
