Raymond Dean Pruitt II, 26, of Fayetteville died Wednesday at Washington Regional Medical Center Hospital in Fayetteville. He was born May 15, 1976 in Tahlequah, Okla., to Raymond Dean and Patricia Osburn Pruitt.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Osburn of Fayetteville; a sister, Brandi Cooke of Fayetteville; maternal grandparents, Bob and Faye Osburn of Fayetteville; paternal grandmother, Olline Pruitt of Stilwell, Okla.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Brentwood Cemetery in Winslow with Maurice Roberts officiating. Memorials may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation, 5118 Park Ave., Suite 504, Memphis, Tenn. 38117. Arrangements by Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
