Richard Savage age 73 of Warren, AR passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, December 29th 2020. He loved the Lord and was a born again Christian, Richard was born February 20th 1947 in Warren, AR a son of the late Houston Elmon Savage and Ollie Hogue Savage which was on his mothers birthday. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his sister-in-law Ruby Savage.

Richard graduated Hermitage High School in 1966, he moved to Warren where he began working for James Body and Glass shop for Mr Luther James. He enjoyed car races at Charles Whites Track. Richard was an avid fisherman, hunter and loved the outdoors. He was a member of the Bradley County CB Club (Bondo Kid). He served as president and vice president of the Babe Ruth league, where he coached many little league and pee wee baseball teams over the years. He loved spending time with his family and telling old stories to his grandchildren. Richard was known for fixing anything with a roll of grey tape and a coat hanger, just to keep from having to come to town.



He is survived by his loving wife of 48 ½ years Lynn Tollison Savage, sons Richard Allen Savage and Ashley, and Jeffery Adam Savage and spouse Carrie Ann all of Warren, AR. His 5 grandchildren who are the light of his life, Mason, Trystan, Blaine, Brooklynn and Evan Savage. A brother Elmon Savage Pine Bluff, AR and a sister Nancy Harton and spouse Renious, Warren, AR and a host of friends and family.

Graveside services were 2:00PM Sunday, January 3rd at Outlaw Cemetery with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial in Outlaw Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Mason Savage, Blaine Savage, Trystan Savage, John Tollison, Monti Ballentine, Bill Taulbee and Les Savage
