Raymond F. Heustis, 71 of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017. He was born January 19, 1946 in Westville, Oklahoma to the late Clem and Marie O’Neal Heustis. On November 11, 1963 he married Betty Duncan in Stillwell, Oklahoma. Raymond has been a barber in the Jacksonville area since 1970. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Heustis of Jacksonville; three children, Raymond (Dayna) Heustis Jr. of Huntley, Illinois, Tammy (Mike) Davis of Cabot, Jennifer (Kirk) Longo of Frisco, Texas; seven grandchildren, Christian and Samantha Heustis, Bradley and Peyton Davis, Luke, Adam and Stone Longo; brother, Wayne (Patti) Heustis of Sherwood; three sisters, Viola (Smokey) Dearman of Redding, California, Lucrisha (Vincent) Flieg of Anderson, California, Mary Jane Alexander of Tulsa, Oklahoma; host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017 at Bible Baptist Church with Brother Mike Files officiating. The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
